On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my great pleasure to invite you cordially to attend the International Symposium on Hybrid Approach to Heart Diseases 2008 to be held in Beijing, China, on October 18-19, 2008, organized by the Fuwai Hospital and National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases of China (NCCD).
The symposium is going to be one of the largest and the most comprehensive conference both in China and in the world featuring the latest developments in the areas of hybrid approach to cardiovascular diseases, including congenital heart disease, coronary heart disease, valvular heart disease and aortic disease.
Distinguished surgeons and interventionists will be invited to present their original hybrid works and will debate the hottest topics and controversies on day to day clinical practice of hybrid approach. In addition, the forum will present several live show of hybrid operations for some challenging cases.
The organizers wish to bridge the gap between cardiovascular surgery and interventional cardiology, and look for the direction in which cardiovascular surgery and interventional cardiology need to go.
